Issue opens doors
As a system integrator ISSUE always had a webshop for her regular customers, but behind 'closed doors'. ISSUE now choosesto go open on the Internet more and more. Due to the large demand for online services, ICEshop was selected to build a new shop. ISSUE  shop is based on the open source e-commerce engine Batavi.

"We want to offer our the entire infrastructure, a single point of care," said Arie Stelloo, director and founder of ISSUE. "We have been asystem integrator for 25 years and in addition to our added value we now move towards online services. In addition to online management and license management, you can now order online. We immediately chose the best engine in the Netherlands that brings all IT products online fully integrated with all distributors.

We sell more and more hardware and next to our services, our customers want to get all hardware and software from us. Our processes are well implemented, so we manage our own warehouse, own transport and a well equipped service department for years.

By a sharp increase in orders in 2010 and winning several large contracts, now ISSUE  also opens its doors on the Internet. "According Stelloo this is just the beginning of ISSUE's Internet strategy. Recently we inform our clients about project management through online project portals. That works very handy and our customers are happy with this real-time project reporting. It makes us a close player and enables us to better manage projects with our clients ".
